I'm a weights and running guy too, but that P90X keeps getting my attention. Might buy it someday. Seems to work for people. I am trying to bulk and had a feeling it was more aerobic. Maybe when I need to cut. Cheers

Trying to work out more in the mornings but if I DO work out at night, definitely do it before I eat dinner. Though sometimes that leaves dinner a little later in the day that I would like. I try to stay up and active for three hours after dinner before I go to sleep.

Hi!

My name is Jack, and I own an Israeli website that holds reviews for treadmills, an argument I'm very interested in.

I've read your post and found it very professional and appealing.

I would be grateful if you'd give me the permission to translate
some reviews from your site into Hebrew and put it in the site with a credit link to your site, according to your choice.

Will be happy to talk to you. My site is well rated and I think this should be of a mutual benefit any way.

Here is the link for my site.

So Thanks ahead!

Guess I have been doing it wrong. Which my explain such a slow progress in cross training. I use weights as my favorite cross train for running so I have never been hard pressed to find gains but I do enjoy them when they come along. Thanks for the advice.
